We stayed at a well-maintained hotel near Akita Station, with a convenient location and plenty of nearby amenities. The spacious room impressed us, especially the bathtub and bidet. Walking distance to the station made it easy to access, and there were numerous cafes, convenient stores, and malls in the area. We particularly loved the delicious hot zenzai with grilled mochi at a nearby cafe. it was a great value for money.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The hotel offers great amenities, such as an onsen, spa, and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The rooms are comfortable, with spacious beds that are rare to find in Japan.

The hotel charges an additional fee for onsen usage, which can be a bit of a disappointment.

I loved my stay at Ana Crowne Plaza Akita! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a perfect bathtub for a relaxing soak after a long journey. There were plenty of nearby cafes, convenient stores, and malls, making it easy to find everything I needed. I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Akita. The location is fantastic, as it is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the train station. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy all that Akita has to offer.

The hotel's location was very convenient, being within walking distance to the train station. the staff were friendly and provided great service. I appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks provided in the lobby. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

The room was quite warm and, despite trying to adjust the temperature, it was difficult to cool it down. the breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in variety and options, especially for those with dietary restrictions.
