I got great value for my money with a larger than expected room and excellent amenities. The hotel's location was convenient for transportation and there were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast is to have more variety in the food options.

I stayed at Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Hamamatsucho for a few days and it was perfect for my needs. The room was awesome, with a comfortable bed and a great shower with good water pressure. I loved the free access to downloadable movies through the TV, even though I didn't have much time to watch them. The hotel is conveniently located near Hamamatsucho station and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The in-house coin laundry and complimentary breakfast were also nice perks. The free "handy phone" with 4G connection was really useful for navigating the city. a great stay.

In my wife's opinion, a children's play area or a game room would have been a great addition for families with kids.

I stayed at a hotel in Hamamatsucho, and it was a great location for getting to Haneda airport quickly. The monorail station was only a short walk away, and I could reach the airport in less than 20 minutes. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, giving me directions and information about the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I also enjoyed the inclusive breakfast, which had a decent selection of food.

The carpet in the room seemed quite old and had a dusty smell.

The location couldn't have been better, with the monorail from Haneda airport stopping right at Hamamatsucho. Plus, the staff were all nice, with good English and helpful service.

Great value for money, with a comfortable double bed and spacious bathroom. the hotel is located in a quiet street near the station and has plenty of affordable restaurants close by. the LAN cable in the room works well, and the wifi is fast and reliable. it offers everything you need for a comfortable city break.

The room was small and didn't have much space for moving around. the laundry room downstairs had a limited dryer capacity, so we had to spend extra time drying our clothes.
