The staff at Aloft Tokyo Ginza were incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable. The rooftop garden provided a perfect spot for dancing and enjoying the city view. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. And the hotel's location was great for shopping and exploring Ginza. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Tokyo.

The breakfast had a lot of variety and the location was great - easy access to the train station and shops. I really enjoyed the rooftop garden, where I got to dance freely and create unforgettable memories.

We were allocated a room on the lower floor, where we could feel the movements and hear the trains, causing a restless night. When we requested a room change, we were told to come back much later, and when we did, our family of four was split over two levels.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city center and the lively Ginza area. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the wide range of amenities provided, including a spacious sitting area and a convenient in-room safe. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area where I enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
