The wooden ceiling and walls in the suite were incredibly cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The reception staff, Rajeev and Chokila, were helpful in providing recommendations for drinks and even went out of their way to provide a hairdryer upon request.

Additionally, the hotel required a prepayment which could not be made with an international credit card.

We stayed at a hotel over Easter and were pleasantly surprised with the complementary Easter eggs and hot cross buns provided by the hotel. The location was convenient, only a short walk from the town center and main attractions. The breathtaking views from our room added to our enjoyable experience.

The hotel's restaurant service was unsatisfactory. Our order arrived cold and late, and the staff were not accommodating when we requested compensation.
