Travelled for leisure, stayed for four nights in a suite with cozy wooden interiors. Rooms spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Helpful and courteous staff, particularly Rajeev and Chokila at reception. Supportive staff members Saroj and Rajeev added to the positive experience. Effective travel desk with Mr Sherpa assisting in tour planning. Comfortable atmosphere in the suite due to wooden ceiling and walls.

The property offers great value with beautifully designed rooms and a wonderful terrace view. The staff, especially Rajeev and Chokila, were professional and helpful. the maintenance and staffing issues were noticeable. Breakfast was not on-site, and there was a lack of heaters in the cold winter. Communication with staff could be improved.

I was thoroughly impressed with the database provided during my stay. the extensive range of resources available made my research work much easier. the room I stayed in was fantastic, boasting a superb bed with a balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

A minor issue with slow loading times for some of the larger files in the database. Although not a major problem, it did cause a slight inconvenience during my work.

The hotel gate closing at 11:00 PM made it a bit challenging to fully enjoy the nightlife in Darjeeling.

The kids enjoyed every moment at the Triplets Entertainment Center, filled with fun activities and games. the cozy rooms and welcoming staff made our family vacation truly unforgettable.

My wife says that a larger indoor play area for kids would enhance the family experience.

Additionally, the hotel required a prepayment which could not be made with an international credit card.

We stayed at a hotel over Easter and were pleasantly surprised with the complementary Easter eggs and hot cross buns provided by the hotel. the location was convenient, only a short walk from the town center and main attractions. the breathtaking views from our room added to our enjoyable experience.
