The spacious rooms are tastefully furnished and well-equipped. The hotel's location is ideal, and the facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary soft drinks and treats in the mini-bar, as well as the evening wine and canapés. The handheld device with free WiFi was a convenient bonus. The spa facilities were also excellent. one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at.

During our stay at the hotel, we were truly blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The room design was absolutely stunning, and the views from our window were breathtaking. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet, and the lobby bar and rooftop bar provided a vibrant and lively atmosphere in the evenings. The pool and spa area were a definite highlight and helped us relax after a long day of exploring. we were incredibly impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Andaz in Tokyo for a shopping trip with friends. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and two stations away from Ginza. The staff are attentive and always have a smile on their faces. The hotel's design is stunning, and the facilities are great. The highlight for me was the amazing view of the Tokyo Tower from my room. The sushi at The Sushi restaurant was delicious, although a bit pricey. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
