We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Lisa, provided amazing customer service. Despite arriving early, our room was ready and they assisted us throughout the check-in process. When we encountered issues with our key, both Ms. Lisa and the cleaning lady went above and beyond to ensure it was resolved. The hotel's location was also convenient, with a gas station next door and fast food restaurants like Taco Bell and Little Caesars across the street. Furthermore, the hotel was clean, quiet, and had great facilities, including a fridge and microwave in our upgraded suite.

The front desk person, Diana, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing great advice on local dining and directions. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with delicious hot waffles and a variety of pillow options on the comfortable beds. Additionally, the staff was accommodating when I brought my dog along, despite the new pet regulations.

The room was very large, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially loved that the room temperature could be controlled individually using the room card. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our needs. They even provided free snacks for Cinco de Miya. The location for business was perfect, as it was close to the downtown area and conveniently near our family's property. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and location.

We had a lovely Easter weekend in this hotel. We received complimentary Easter chocolates and had a nice surprise with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The location was excellent for us, close to a shopping center and restaurants. The pool was also a nice extra advantage, we enjoyed soaking up the sun and relaxing by the pool.

We had some noise issues with other hotel guests being loud in the hallway and next door. The breakfast was a bit disappointing with not much variety and some items running out quickly.
