The bustling area had an abundance of shops and restaurants, perfect for our family. The East Shinjuku metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore Shibuya and visit the beautiful Meiji Jingu Shrine. The room was compact, but well-equipped and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a nearby coffee shop, avoiding the chilly restaurant mentioned in other reviews.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to Higashi-Shinjuku station - you can literally walk out of Gate 1 and see the hotel right in front of you. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The wired internet was fast and reliable, and we enjoyed having breakfast included in our stay.

The location was superb, just opposite the Higashiyama-Shinjuku Metro station. Being right next to the metro station made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself was clean and had all the necessary facilities I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, with one English-speaking staff member printing out all the train information I needed.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, near many train entrances and a 24-hour convenience store. The amenities in our small room were nice, including a hot pot to make tea. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Riki went out of her way to assist us with a lost item. we recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Tokyo.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, being very close to the train station and near a few subway lines which made using the JRail pass we had purchased incredibly easy. This allowed us to access the main areas of the city, such as Shinjuku, with convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a lively area with plenty of shops and restaurants. the subway station is conveniently just across the road, which makes it easy to get around the city. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the front desk staff was also helpful.

The noise level was somewhat high, especially during the evening and late night. It was bothersome to hear police sirens and ambulance sounds every minute.

Stayed at a hotel in Shinjuku, close to various metros and a short walk from Shinjuku station. the location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel amenities, like fluffy towels and robes, were appreciated. We also stumbled upon a family-friendly local cafeteria along the hotel street, offering delicious and cheap udon and soba dishes, as well as various Japanese side dishes.
