I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - it was within walking distance to several local attractions like Okayama Castle. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They always went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice, classy decor. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, which ensured that I had a good night's sleep.

Everything was just fine at this hotel.

New, clean hotel. Great facilities, huge TV. Convenient charging sockets. Easy access to train station and local attractions. Friendly staff. Luggage storage available. Close proximity to shopping mall and restaurants. Pleasant outdoor onsen. Clean rooms. Reliable Wi-Fi.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Apa Hotel in Okayama. The location was fantastic, right next to AEON mall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen bath was a highlight and the raised bed made me feel special. The room was clean and the daily fresh towels and robe were a nice touch. The TV was huge and the lighting controls by the bed were convenient. my experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great area within walking distance to public transportation. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. the public baths provided for a relaxing evening after a long day of exploring.

The pillows were not very comfortable, but when we requested new ones, the staff was accommodating. the construction tarps on the hotel made it difficult to find from the south side, causing us to spend extra time trying to locate the entrance.
