The public bath was a nice surprise and helped us relax after a long day of exploring the city. The location was really convenient, close to the train station and to many restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

Sadly, the housekeeping was lacking and the room wasn't as clean as we expected. The bed was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The facilities, like the laundry service and free Internet, made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at the Apa Hotel in Saitama. The room may be small, but it was well-designed with thoughtful amenities. We particularly loved the service that notified us when the washing machines were available. The public bath was also a nice bonus. we highly recommend this hotel.
