We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room at the hotel. The amenities were replenished every morning and the big bath was a delightful treat. The hotel's location was convenient, with traditional restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service and the close proximity to the port for island hopping. The clean pool with towel service and pool bar was a great addition to our stay. we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

Guests will also appreciate the proximity to a big supermarket, allowing for convenient shopping during their stay.

The hotel could improve on their smoking area, as there is currently no designated comfortable spot for guests who smoke cigars.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us. We were able to borrow beach towels from reception and the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop. the traditional music performances at night were a delightful touch. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed having easy access to good quality restaurants nearby.

The pool was quite small and frequently overcrowded with kids. the lifts were slow and could take a while to arrive during busy periods.

The breakfast buffet, staff, beach towels, bus stop, traditional music, room comfort, hotel shop, snorkelling and hiking trips - all excellent!
