Loved our Christmas stay at this hidden gem! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of festivities. The hot breakfast options, including delicious biscuits and gravy, were a wonderful way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The clean and spacious room was a great bonus, allowing us to relax and unwind. The hotel's location near shopping and restaurants was perfect, providing convenience and plenty of dining options. We definitely plan on returning for future visits!

I recently stayed at Surestay Plus Hotel in Billings for a business trip. My stay was for two nights and I had a great experience. The room was comfortable with a firm and cozy bed. I appreciated the wall thermostat to control the temperature and the fan directed towards the desk area. The fridge and microwave concealed in a cabinet were a nice touch. The spacious bathroom with a large vanity was also a plus. The breakfast had a good selection, including Seattle's Best coffee and pre-made omelets. The staff was friendly and informed me about ways to save money during check-in.
