The location was awesome - close to historic districts, tons of restaurants, and convenience stores nearby! Also, the room was generally clean which is always a plus. Plus, the hotel had a nice touch of celebrating local culture in its decor and complimentary services, which I really appreciated during my Christmas stay.

The staff had some drawbacks. They struggled with English, and the service was subpar, like cleaning rooms late in the day and mishandling personal items.

For a first-time visitor to the city, Asakusa offered the perfect mix of history, modern amenities, and vibrant markets. the hotel's proximity to Senso-Ji Temple, Hanayashiki Amusement Park, and Tokyo Skytree allowed for easy exploration. the rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and meticulously clean. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary drink and snack service on the top floor, providing a relaxing end to busy days of sightseeing. the location struck the ideal balance of being close to attractions while offering a quieter atmosphere to unwind.

We loved the central location here, close to the temple district and surrounded by pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants. the lounge on the 10th floor offered fantastic snacks, drinks, and views of the Tokyo Skytree. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cons: We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

I keep returning for a romantic escape. Staff helped plan evenings, unforgettable. Perfect: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Fitness centre, Laundry. Elevator, VIP check-in, AC. No pets, non-smoking, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, lounge. Has everything I need with no regrets.

Breakfast was yummy, and the local sights were a stroll away. Plenty of eateries and shops close by - super convenient! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Requested a deluxe room with proper beds but got traditional futon beds instead. Front desk had trouble understanding us, and we were overcharged for the room switch.
