I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station. The recently refurbished room was quiet, with no foul smells, and had excellent heating. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean, with a properly separated shower area. The hotel provided excellent amenities such as a hair dryer, strong Wi-Fi, and a wide selection of TV channels. The staff were incredibly kind and effective, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast, while a bit limited in variety, offered fresh bread, fruit, and good coffee. I also appreciated being upgraded to a larger room. a fantastic experience!

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. the shower in the bathroom was not functional.

The pillows were slightly small for my preference and the bath towels could have been a bit bigger. my weekend stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The cleanliness and vibrant decor of the hotel added to the enjoyable atmosphere. Even though there was no AC in October, opening the windows allowed us to soak in the bustling city sounds. With plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to the city center, I will definitely be choosing Hotel Arok again in the future.

Loved the personal touch of a greeting on the TV screen upon arrival. Even though I struggled to control the temperature of the room, the staff promptly provided a small fan to make my stay comfortable. I recommend this unique and funky hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Arok! the hotel's location was perfect, right across from the train station. Surprisingly, it was very quiet despite its proximity to the station. We loved how close we were to Petit France and other popular attractions. the hotel itself was modern and romantic, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering assistance when I fell ill. We also appreciated that the hotel was open 24/7, so we could easily check-in late at night. a trendy and convenient choice for a lovely stay in the city.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Arok. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff treated us with the warmest welcome and friendliness we've experienced in France.

Breakfast delights were a bit lacking, with very little to choose from.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Great wifi and option for screen mirroring. Freely available tea and coffee. Quiet room with efficient heating/cooling. Spotlessly clean bathroom with good water pressure. a great experience!
