Great location, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. Room was cramped and check-in slow.

where do I begin with Asakusa View? the carpets are an absolute disgrace, stained and tired. also, I was shocked to pay $30 to use the pool! how dare they! I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, especially since no one bothered to inform me about that. never again, this place is a disaster.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to the subway just 300 meters away and an extensive breakfast buffet featuring delightful Japanese dishes for all tastes.

Request a room with an odd number for the best views of Tokyo Skytree. breakfast options are fantastic, including Japanese dishes.

the staff were super helpful and made check-in easy. breakfast had tons of options, mainly Japanese, which was cool. location was perfect, we walked to Senso-ji in like 10 minutes!

I can't fathom why I wasn't offered an upgrade, considering all the inconveniences I faced. charging $30 to use the pool is just greedy. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't, this place is a disaster.

Spacious room, breathtaking view, with a spectacular sight of Tokyo Skytree from the breakfast table, and the convenience of 24-hour reception that made our late-night arrival hassle-free.

View from the 26th floor breakfast was unforgettable.

The view was breathtaking, with Senso-ji and Skytree in sight! Housekeeping was attentive, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety (loved the Japanese options! ! ). The location is perfect for exploring Asakusa and beyond.

However, the rooms could use a deep clean and some updating. there was an odor of smoke that was unsettling in a non-smoking environment.

My kids wished the room had a bit more modern flair.

Furniture and design seem dated, but the view from our room was breathtaking. breakfast was superb.

the spacious executive deluxe twin room had an awesome view of the skytree! housekeeping was stellar, and the breakfast selection was a delightful mix of traditional and modern options. the location was fantastic, with multiple subway stations nearby, making it easy to explore the area.

staff interactions could improve a bit 😊.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the views from our room! It felt surreal watching the skyline while sipping our coffee in the morning. The front desk staff were super friendly, made checking in a breeze, and even gave us tips on nearby restaurants.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the experience, I'd say it's acceptable.

I loved my stay here! The check-in was seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Be sure to visit the bakery in the lobby—it’s a delightful treat in the morning. Also, take a stroll through the Asakusa alleys at night for a unique experience!

Had a great week stay, loved the huge room with a stunning view of Tokyo Skytree! Breakfast was amazing, but there were some cleaning issues. Would come back!
