As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient airport transfer and the helpful staff. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with its quality and variety. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it the perfect choice for a one-night stay.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay and had no complaints at all.

Convenient shuttle service to KIX airport available in the morning. Quiet suburban location near a good sushi restaurant and a seven eleven with an international ATM. Small but clean onsen. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and safe accommodation. Easy access to attractions, sights, shopping, and train station for day trips. Surprisingly good breakfast quality.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the comfortable bedding provided a cozy and relaxing sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a wheelchair-friendly room that catered to our needs. Additionally, the convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport was a major advantage, especially when traveling with a lot of luggage. It was a great way to start the day. we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel provided two free bikes for guests to use. It was a fantastic way to explore the surrounding area and take in the beautiful scenery.

The staff was not willing to print our boarding passes, which was a bit disappointing. However, this was only a small inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location was perfect, with a local train station within easy walking distance. The staff went above and beyond, even ensuring I headed in the right direction as I left the hotel. Their extra effort was greatly appreciated.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be to have more variety and options.
