We had a wonderful stay at the Authent Hotel in Otaru. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city, with the train station and bus stops nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and locally sourced options, making it the best we've had in Japan. we had a high-quality experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The room was small but at least it was clean. The parking was convenient and reasonably priced.

The staff was unfriendly and didn't seem to care about our needs. When we asked for extra towels, they seemed annoyed.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel also had a bakery where we enjoyed delicious pastries every day. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to travel around. There are also plenty of options for dining nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the ocean and canal area. The staff provided outstanding service, especially the older restaurant manager who spoke to us in English and made sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, including hot chocolate and nonalcoholic cocktails.

The bar/lounge area on the upper floor was not operating as a bar during our stay. It would have been nice to enjoy the amazing views in the evenings as well.
