i had a great time at coral reef resort. loved the well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds. the washer and dryer were a convenient bonus. plenty of space and nice shower. didn't use the pool but enjoyed the tv and comfy lounge.

the outdoor dining area was a lovely spot for breakfasts, and the swimming pool area was well-maintained with sun loungers and a beautiful garden setting. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a good kitchen, comfortable beds, and a clean bathroom. we had a pleasant and relaxing time at this hotel.

Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were a few maintenance issues that could be improved. the front door was challenging to lock, which made us rely solely on the security screen door for safety.

I simply adored the cozy decor of this lovely place. the floral curtains and gentle pastel hues brought a sense of peace and warmth to my stay. the common areas were easily accessible, with well-maintained ramps and spacious corridors for us seniors to navigate effortlessly.

Would've appreciated handrails by the pool for seniors' safety.

The pool parties were lit, and the karaoke nights were next level. Plus, the food at the late-night diner was clutch for satisfying our munchies after a wild night out. Cons: We wished there was a mini-golf course on the premises for some extra fun during the day.

Attended a roundtable discussion and appreciated the free broadband internet available from the office.

The lack of room service made it challenging to focus on work without interruptions.

The location of the resort was very convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a breeze to travel from the airport. Situated in a good area with only a 10-minute ride to the town centre, it was also super close to a shopping centre for all our needs.

The Wi-Fi connection was not the strongest, but it was still manageable when sitting outside the apartment under the porch.

The location is fantastic, right next to a large supermarket and close to shops, making it convenient for guests. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a double bed, a large bed, and twin beds, ensure a comfortable stay.

Had a great Christmas holiday! Loved the fantastic pool and spa that provided hours of fun and relaxation for the whole family. the kitchen facilities were fully equipped, which saved us money on eating out. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment was in need of some serious renovations, especially the bathroom which was quite outdated. However, the staff were very apologetic and tried their best to help us.
