The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Tokyo! Despite the language barrier, the staff was able to assist me with my reservation change after my trip to Osaka got canceled. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. I had a great stay at Belken Hotel.

Everything is what I need and want.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. Just a short 7-minute walk to the train station, we were able to explore the city with ease. Being so close to both the JR and Subway/Metro trains was a major advantage. The rooms were compact, but had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Plus, the daily supply of consumables made our stay even more convenient.

The lack of interesting places for food and shopping in the immediate vicinity was a slight downside.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy and comfortable hotel, perfectly located close to several metro stations with many lines, giving us easy access to all the main attractions. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the bathroom was spotless. The service we received was excellent, and the complimentary coffee and water vending machine were a nice touch. We had no issues leaving our luggage with the staff after checking out. The nearby restaurants were excellent and varied, catering to every taste.
