Brand new, clean, modern hotel. Convenient location near tourist areas. Friendly staff accommodating English speakers. Adequate room amenities for solo travelers. Walking distance to metro stations and convenience stores. Allowed early check-in and late check-out. Affordable tariff. Very near Dontonbori river.

The hotel had very friendly and accommodating staff, and the room was very clean. I appreciated the provision of toiletries and towels for free, as well as the strong WIFI. the location was also very convenient, as it was within walking distance of popular attractions and a nearby market.

The room was slightly small in size, even for Japanese standards, and did not offer a view from the 6th or 7th floor. the lobby was quite small, which made it difficult to find the hotel at first.

I had a great stay at the Benikea Calton Hotel in Dotonbori! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous Glico sign. The room was clean and modern, even though it was a bit small for two people. But who needs a big room when there's so much to see and do in Osaka? The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made an effort to accommodate English-speaking guests. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to explore the vibrant Dotonbori area of Osaka!
