The options were limited and low quality, and the staff were not helpful in resolving issues. We also experienced issues with the hot water and Wi-Fi, which were not resolved in a timely manner.

The spa package I indulged in was absolutely incredible, with a Turkish bath, coffee scrub, and the best massage I've ever had. The food at the hotel was really good, with plenty of options on both the lunch and dinner menus. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel's location was great, just a nice walk away from Hisaronu or a quick taxi ride. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!

Although the road to the hotel is a bit bumpy and unpaved, it wasn't a major issue. Also, it would have been nice to have more international electric sockets or USB outlets for charging phones.

The swim up room with a jacuzzi bath and bar was fantastic for a disabled traveler. Staff, including bartender Emre and receptionist Theyab, were attentive and friendly. The hotel manager Soner was helpful and kind. Beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Great for honeymooners and couples.
