There was a stain on the couch in our room, but apart from that, everything else was clean and tidy. The beds and rooms were a bit small, and it was a bit of a walk from the station, especially when carrying suitcases.

The location of the hotel was great, it only took about 15 minutes to get to central Shinjuku. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and they went the extra mile to assist when we needed it. we appreciated the complimentary breakfast of bread and coffee, as well as having laundry facilities available for use.

The rooms were a bit disappointing, as the carpet and sofa appeared quite dirty with many stains. the bathroom was also hard to access as you needed to step up to get to it.
