The staff were prompt, friendly, and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was superior, with many nice bars nearby. The cleanliness and cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, with Bongani providing excellent service. The upgrade to a junior suite was a pleasant surprise. The location in Melrose Arch was convenient and there were shops and restaurants nearby. The gym was well-equipped and clean.
