We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to luxury shopping stores like Dior and Fendi, as well as being near the station. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus, the buffet breakfast provided excellent value for money. We also loved the convenience of having many Japanese restaurants nearby. it was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

That the air conditioner in the room wasn't very effective.

Spent my new year at this hotel and it was a good experience. the subway station was just a stone's throw away and it made getting around very easy. the shopping street connected to it had everything I needed, from food to pharmacy and even a tailor for last-minute alterations. Best of all, they had a coin laundry on site which was a great convenience.

Housekeeping wasn't the best and the curtains were a bit too thick, making it hard to wake up in the morning. They also had an early checkout time which was a bit inconvenient.
