The hotel had a spacious and pleasant hall, and the breakfast room was wonderful. The food was delicious and the value for money was incredible. The staff provided excellent service and created a warm atmosphere. The location was good, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. The hotel also offered amenities like a Chinese restaurant and a hairdresser.

One drawback was that once parked, it was difficult to leave the hotel without coordination with a guardian. Another downside was that the parking fee was not included.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station going to the airport and it is also close to the railway station, making it easy for us to explore the city. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance, so we had plenty of options for dining. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet could have been better in terms of variety and taste.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Secondly, the rooms were in excellent condition, with no signs of wear or stains. Lastly, the location couldn't have been more convenient, being just a short walk from the train station. this hotel offered great value for money and provided all the basic amenities one would expect from a quality stay.

I couldn't fault anything during my stay.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room had a stunning view of the city at night and gave off a high-end vibe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Shinjuku and Yokohama.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the food options.
