I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Emerald Resort & Casino. The resort's facilities were outstanding, offering a range of activities for the whole family. The pool was lovely, and I also had access to the main hotel's pool. The game drive experience was a highlight of my trip. The resort's shuttle service made it convenient to explore the area. The friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The beautiful decor and relaxing lounge created a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable. The delicious cuisine offered through room service was a delight. Emerald Resort & Casino provided a wonderful home away from home experience.

While there were some minor drawbacks such as the chalet not meeting expectations and issues with the bathroom, they were outweighed by the many positives of my stay.

We verbleven in een fantastisch hotel op een van de mooiste locaties. Vanuit onze kamer hadden we een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier en we konden zelfs de bootjes voorbij zien varen. De kamer was comfortabel en goed onderhouden. Gelukkig was het hotel op loopafstand van het dorp, wat erg handig was. De auto konden we gratis parkeren en er was natuurlijk een gezellige bar aanwezig.

Helaas werden we iedere ochtend vroeg gewekt door bouwwerkzaamheden in de kamers boven ons. Dit gaf veel geluidsoverlast en verstoorde onze nachtrust.

The hotel room was clean and cozy, with beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and free-roaming animals. The highlight of our stay was the interactive game drive and fun boat cruise. The Aquadome and Animal World exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the informative service and delicious food at High Stakes restaurant. The shuttle service, just 2 minutes away, was convenient, and our driver, Mr Henry, was welcoming and friendly.

We loved the clean and luxurious hotel with friendly staff. The Aqua Dom was great for families with kids. Despite some minor issues with the chalets, we had a wonderful stay and would come back to visit the zoo. we'd recommend this resort.

We loved staying in this place! Nestled in the pine forest, this hotel offered us a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and an electric kettle. Also, the staff was fantastic and attentive. They always catered to our requests, and we felt well taken care of.

Although our stay was brief, we enjoyed everything this venue had to offer. From the indoor and outdoor swimming pools to the garden area with beach umbrellas and leisure facilities.

We recently stayed at a resort by the dam that was relaxing and secluded. The location was far away from the crowds and very peaceful. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The bathroom was basic but clean, and the breakfast was good. The resort offered great facilities and amenities. The only negative aspect was the noise made by other guests.

We had an amazing weekend! the complementary drinks and chocolates in the room were a pleasant surprise, as was the view of the river and the stunning sunsets. the location was perfect, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained and the option to relax by the pool. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was memorable.

The basic chalet, which lacked enough seating and had a few squeaky doors. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience.
