Only one washing machine and dryer means you'll be waiting a long time if others are ahead of you!!! The dryer doesn't even dry clothes fully, and their cleaning schedule forces guests out during bad weather!!! Why not give us access to common areas after check-out?

The capsules were real comfy and had plenty of room for my stuff. Location was spot on for catchin’ buses 'n' seein’ sights. Bathrooms were kept spotless, and I loved the amenities like the Shiseido stuff. Y’all really gotta try that yakiniku place next door, it was delicious! Could use a bit more ventilation in the capsules, though.

The location is fantastic just a short walk from Fuji Q and Fujiku-Highland Station. The amenities in the capsule were impressive plenty of room to move around and daily cleaning provided.

Great location next to a train station and bus stop perfect for exploring everything Mount Fuji has to offer. Super friendly staff and they keep everything spotless even in the shared areas 😃

No issues here

I had a good experience. The place was convenient to get to the amusement park and the train station. I made good use of the lounges, where I found hot water and microwaves available. I found the capsule layout to be spacious. During my stay, I was outside from 10 AM to 3 PM due to their cleaning schedule. I appreciated the free ear plugs they provided since there were people coming in and out at night.

Super cozy stay!

The capsules are seriously roomy and comfy, perfect for my solo adventure. Loved chillin’ in the lounge with a hot coffee from the vending machine. The staff was super nice too! Only thing is, the laundry wait was kinda rough if you needed to do it during peak times.
