The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town with easy access to restaurants, shops, and banks. We loved being able to walk around and explore the local area. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. They even prepared a delicious breakfast bag for us when we had to leave early in the morning, allowing us to enjoy a scenic breakfast in Petra.

One thing that could have been improved was the lack of a fridge in the room. It would have been helpful to have a fridge to store some food for days when we wanted to self-cater.

the staff at Al Rashid were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted us in organizing our bus to Wadi Rum. the location was great, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby and a convenient mini market just opposite the hotel. the breakfasts provided were also quite good, and the manager even invited us for a tea break. a pleasant stay at a fair price.

We had a wonderful stay at Al Rashid in Petra. The room was clean and quiet, despite being in a tourist area. There were many restaurants nearby and we received a special offer when dining at the family-owned restaurant. Public parking was available right in front of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Free wifi was provided and the breakfast was great. it was a cozy and comfortable hotel with excellent service and a convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Petra. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were kind and accommodating. They even helped us arrange a taxi and gave us recommendations for restaurants and our next trip. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby but without too much noise at night. The price was very reasonable for all that we received.

I stayed at Al Rashid for 3 nights with my sister to visit the nearby attractions. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything, from arranging transportation to organizing tours and even packing us lunches. As female travelers, we felt safe and respected. The restaurant next door served the tastiest lemon mint juice in Jordan, and the food was delicious with great service. The rooms were clean and affordable, and the lobby had plenty of social space. Highly recommend!
