Dude, the staff here were, like, super chill! They totally hooked us up with a new room 'cause of some noise issues. Breakfast? Oh man, it was bomb! Tons of options to start the day right. Plus, the location made it super easy to grab snacks from the cool store right downstairs!

So, I loved how close it was to Uguisudani Station—lekker convenient for zipping around! The room had two desks, which was a real win for snacking. Brekkie had a solid spread of local goodies, and the staff were super friendly—felt like chommies by the end of my stay!

Only downside was the aircon—it had a bit of a funky smell, but not a biggie.

Super convenient location, only 5 mins to Uguisudani Station and quick access to Nippori and Ueno! Room was spacious, with an on-demand TV system (no live channels, but still cool). The staff were amazing and super helpful!

the photos of this hotel are misleading, giving a false sense of grandeur. I even had a dripping toilet that woudl ve been a nightmare if I hadn't been an 'expert' at living with discomfort. and don’t even get me started on needing to leave my key at the front desk! they're lucky I didn’t raise a scene.

We had a fun time exploring the nearby attractions like Akihabara Electric Town and indulging in the local food scene. The hotel is really close to Ueno Park, which we all enjoyed, and it’s also pet-friendly, so our family dog loved it too!

My wife says that the room felt a bit cramped for our family. A bit more space would definitely make it easier for families traveling with pets.
