Room decor was unique. loved the traditional tea room.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and

eager to assist with directions or any questions. I appreciated how spacious the superior twin room was, especially considering Japan's reputation for compact accommodations. The quiet street added to the charm, allowing for a restful night's sleep after long days of exploring.

The spacious twin room had an enchanting view, and laundry was easy with just 500 yen for wash & dry.

I faced several challenges during my stay that left me feeling disappointed. The bathroom setup was particularly inconvenient, with water from the shower covering the floor since the showerhead holder was positioned away from the bathtub. Additionally, the absence of reception staff in the evenings made it difficult to get help when needed, adding to the overall frustration of my experience.

I loved how conveniently located it was, just a short walk from a subway station. The room came with a microwave, making it easy to heat up snacks after a long day of exploring. The quiet neighborhood added to the charm, allowing for peaceful nights of sleep and relaxation.

The mattress was a bit firm for my liking, which affected my comfort.

We loved the cozy atmosphere and how everything was so easy, especially having our three kids with us. The location was perfect, walking distance to Gion and just a short stroll to train stations. Plus, the clean rooms and comfy beds made for a peaceful stay!

Despite no daily room service due to health protocols, the option to request fresh linens outside my door was convenient. The location, though quiet, offered easy access to nearby supermarkets and a variety of food options featuring local products.
