Great location, near train/metro. Shopping center, food hall, supermarket nearby. Nice shower and simple breakfast. Safe neighborhood, easy airport access. Cool room, comfortable bed. Stylish, functional bathroom. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere. Clean rooms, well-kept. Morning drinks and pastries provided. Convenient vending machine, bar, and restaurant on-site. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Boutique retro interior.

The free complimentary amenities were a nice touch, especially the hand warmers which came in handy during the colder nights. the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. the room was quite spacious and had a great view from the window.

The air conditioning was difficult to control and often left the room feeling too cold or too hot. the staff could have been more attentive and accommodating to our requests.

loved the cozy room, especially the glass wall in the bathroom. Ebisu is a perfect location with great restaurants and easy access to Shibuya and other areas. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

Conveniently located near the JR Ebisu Station, just a short walk away. The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the complimentary morning drinks and pastries in the lobby - a great way to start the day. The hotel also had a vending machine and an onsite bar and restaurant, which added to our convenience. We had an amazing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Stayed at this hotel recently and it was such a great find! The attention to detail was impressive, from the stylish design details in the rooms to the small but delicious breakfast offered. The location couldn't have been better, with tons of restaurants and bars just around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at a hotel with a great location, close to Ebisu station but in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The room was stylish and well thought out, with a magnificent bathtub. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing extra amenities and assisting with reservations. The hotel was within easy walking distance to everything, including the train station.

The rooms were a bit tight/cozy for two people, but that's common in Japan.
