I was amazed by the convenient location of this hotel, just near the airport. The rooms were spacious and had a comfortable desk to work at. The bathroom was well-designed and had ample space. The wifi connectivity was excellent, making it easy to stay connected.

While the TV in the room was usable, there was a brief teaser of each channel before it prompted me to pay, even for the adult channels. Additionally, the bed was quite firm, which took me a little longer to fall asleep as I prefer softer beds.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable, being just a short walk from the airport train station. This made it extremely convenient for catching our flight back home after Christmas. The rooms were well-equipped and spotlessly clean, just like everywhere in Japan. We also loved the breathtaking view of the bay from our 10th floor window.

That the A/C controls didn't have English labels, which made it a bit difficult for us non-Japanese speakers to figure out. the staff seemed a bit rushed at times, making the service feel a bit stiff.

The room was larger than expected for Japanese standards, with a full-size bath in the bathroom. Checking in early and being able to wait in the room is a great option for those with early flights. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. The hotel's connection to the airport is a major advantage, allowing easy access to various restaurants.
