The rooms were nice and comfortable, perfect for a few days stay. The hotel had a great pool area, ideal for families with small children. I also liked the fact that there was a Dunkin Donuts by the pool, which was convenient. The location was also a plus, as it was close to Disney and other attractions.

One downside was that the breakfast was typical hotel fare, nothing special. Additionally, the air control in the room was not ideal, as you could control the temperature but not the blower.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was super close to all the entertainment venues in the area. The staff did their best to accommodate us in the most professional and loveable manner. We really enjoyed the wide range of services this place offers like room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The shuttle service was free, and that was a big plus for us. Our room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave and a refrigerator.

Although we wish they would have served regular bacon and provided more food options during the day, we would like to recommend this venue to everyone who is looking for a great hotel experience. the hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The lobby was stunning and I was greeted with a welcome bag as the "guest of the day." The pool had a great resort feel and I could order lunch outside, which was a treat. The room had a separate work area and a very comfortable bed.

The rooms were outdated and in need of some renovations. The couch in the suite was worn and dingy and the king size bed was not comfortable, causing back and neck pain.

Great coffee variety, fresh fruit, friendly staff, spacious rooms, outstanding customer service.

I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites in Kissimmee for a family vacation. Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast had a nice variety of options, beyond the usual choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing us with toiletries when we forgot ours. The hotel had multiple pools and a fun splash pad area for my son, and the slide was a big hit. The amenities were great and the housekeeping staff came every day. The location and layout of the villa were also perfect. everything was perfect.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was on point! The room was super comfy and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for our plans and the staff treated us like family. So friendly and helpful!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available day or night. The location of this hotel is excellent, just a few miles away from the entrance to Disney. The amenities here are amazing, including a free putt putt golf course, kids splash pad, cool water slides, two huge walk-in pools with hot tubs, and even a zipline. The hotel also has an onsite convenience store, poolside restaurants with poolside service, and a Starbucks. It's like a resort! Plus, the hotel provides free parking, and the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, muffins. The pool view rooms are stunning, with a beautiful view. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The staff at this hotel provided exceptional service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were well-appointed with very comfortable beds and even included a sleeper sofa. Additionally, the breakfast included with the stay was delicious and a great way to start the day.

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was impressed by its cleanliness and pleasant fragrance. The King Suite was perfect for my husband and me, with two televisions allowing us to watch our favorite shows. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's free wifi and parking were greatly appreciated, as was the complimentary breakfast available every morning. The outside amenities were fantastic, with three pools, miniature golf, a basketball court, zip lining, and a volleyball pit. This hotel's location was perfect, being conveniently located near the theme parks. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I can't wait to visit again!

Our room had minor A/C issues, but the staff was quick to respond and even compensated us for the inconvenience. The breakfast options were good and the Mickey Mouse waffle maker was a fun touch. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to others.

Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with good amenities such as free wifi, parking and breakfast. Fun outdoor activities like pools, mini-golf and volleyball. Ideal location for a vacation. Will definitely return.
