The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was really comfy. The spa was a nice bonus after a long day of exploring. I stayed at Centurion Hotel in Ueno for a week for leisure purposes. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Ueno Station and surrounded by delicious food options. There were also shopping malls nearby for those who love to shop. The security of the accommodation building was good, requiring a room key to enter. The spa and hot spring facilities were superb, and the staff spoke English well and provided excellent service.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to Ueno station and a short walk to the Keisei line. There are plenty of restaurants, markets, and convenience stores nearby. The staff are friendly and can speak English well, providing great service. The family room is spacious and perfect for larger groups of friends, with lots of space to unpack.
