The Italian male staff at Chalet Du Lac were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in. He shared valuable information about the local area and nearby attractions, making our stay even more enjoyable. To top it off, we were upgraded to a room with a breathtaking view of the lake. We spent mornings sipping tea on our balcony while watching the sunrise – definitely a highlight of our trip!

The pillows were a bit disappointing as they deflated after just 10 seconds, leaving us with flat and uncomfortable pillows. Thicker pillows would be a great improvement.

We were provided with a complimentary bus pass to easily explore Interlaken, which was very convenient. Despite a minor issue with the bed being a little uncomfortable, overall, our experience at Hotel Chalet Du Lac was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful location, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere. We'll definitely consider staying here again in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the lake with a stunning view from my small balcony. The hotel itself was conveniently near the highway, making it easy to access. The staff were friendly and the rooms had a nice decor, especially the one on the 1st floor right above the restaurant. The breakfast had an awesome view and was delicious.

One downside was that the rooms were quite small, but this was not a major issue for us as we were out exploring most of the time. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot during the summer nights.

The value for money at this hotel was perfect. The prices were reasonable, especially for Switzerland. I loved how the hotel paid attention to detail, with rooms that actually overlook a car park. The rooms were small, but fine, and the small balcony added a nice touch. The basic amenities were all present and the hotel was very clean. The location was great, situated in the small and serene village of Iseltwald, just steps from the beautiful lake. Additionally, the service and staff were excellent, ensuring a pleasant stay. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious.
