Spent Christmas here. the hotel's location near the navy base made visiting my grandson easy. Enjoyed the safety of the area and nearby attractions. Included breakfast was a pleasant mix of Japanese and American dishes.

Deceptive parking ads caused inconvenience. Had to park blocks away and pay extra.

My third time at Quintessa Hotel and each visit surpasses expectations. Conveniently near Ginza shopping mall, I easily walked from the train station. the buffet breakfast, offering both Japanese and American options, was extensive and delicious. Staff are fluent in English, making communication a breeze. WiFi was reliable, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the facilities were exceptional. Cons: Strongly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at Quintessa Hotel. The room was exactly as pictured on the website, spacious and clean. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, just a 3-minute drive from Sasebo Naval Station and within walking distance of a lovely park with a playground. There were plenty of restaurants and parking lots nearby, making it convenient for dining and exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel offered a daily discount for parking at the Trust parking lot, which was a nice bonus. The hotel staff were exceptional, always quick to help and there was always an English-speaking member available for translation. I highly recommend Quintessa Hotel for its outstanding international hospitality and the added extras that made our stay enjoyable.

I’ve stayed here before and always had a good experience. the rooms are clean and spacious with complementary amenities in the bathroom. the location is perfect for business travelers, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One thing I particularly appreciated was the laundry facility on the second floor, making it easy to wash and dry clothes during a long stay. Plus, the parking options are convenient for those who have their own transportation.

The breakfast could use a bit of work. the eggs were often too runny and the sausage was usually cold and boiled.
