Conveniently located next to Niigata Train Station with easy access to restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. Helpful staff allowed me to store my bags after check-out. Clean and modern room with necessary amenities. Good value for money.

The spacious room was clean and well-furnished with a fridge and kettle. the best aspect of the hotel was the friendly staff who stored our luggage for free, allowing us to wander around town before departing. no down payment was required, giving us flexibility about payment.

The room service was expensive, and the location was not very scenic. Although there were plenty of restaurants and shops around, the area was not attractive.

Located next to JR stn, connected to stn via shopping arcade, accommodating staff, modern and posh, stored luggage for free, clean and spacious room.
