The staff were lovely, complimentary coffee, lemon water, nice and simple breakfast, coin laundry and dryer available, convenient location right across from JR station and plenty of food choices.

The facilities and room were good, with a variety of breakfast options. Yuta, the staff member, provided excellent service during check-in, assisting with finding parking and giving restaurant recommendations. The location was very close to Shin Yamaguchi station, and the staff were always helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the hotel had air conditioning even in winter.

Great Value

The hotel was a great value for our new year stay. the location was perfect, right across from the train station and near many restaurants. the beds were really comfortable, which was helpful since the room was small. it was exactly what we were looking for in a budget-friendly hotel.

The biggest downside to the hotel was the small room size. We had to get two rooms to accommodate our family, but that wasn't too big of a deal since the beds were comfortable.

We had a very fast and polite check-in and check-out at Comfort Hotel Shin Yamaguchi. The room was modern, clean, and well furnished. The morning buffet included in the price was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. I warmly recommend this hotel!
