Excellent Hospitality during our stay

During our recent stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota, we were overwhelmed by the hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the receptionist, Miss Vivian. She even surprised us with a room upgrade to an executive suite, which was perfect for our family.

Great location, bus station in front. Convenient for exploring Jakarta. Close to popular clubs and Ancol area. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff with good English. Strong Wi-Fi in room. Suitable for business or staycation. Spacious rooms with excellent hospitality. Delicious breakfast with attentive service. Booked for 2 nights and was satisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from major tourist attractions and close to the old colonial center. Guests can enjoy staying in a cozy building opposite a Dutch bakery or Dunkin Donuts. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice views outside the windows. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always available. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including fresh tropical fruits and delicious jams. There are also facilities such as a swimming pool and the option for room service.

The food quality could be improved, but it is not a major issue.

The view from the top floor was breath-taking, and the room was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to work and rest. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to start a busy day in the city. the hotel was located in a strategic area, with an easy walk to the nearest train station, and great local food places nearby.

The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I had hoped. not the best experience for a business trip.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city center. It made exploring the city and trying out different restaurants a breeze. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, perfect for a business trip or a relaxing staycation. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, truly providing top-notch hospitality. We were blown away by the quality of service from the moment we arrived.
