The location was ideal, just a short walk from Tokyo metro stations and close to the famous Tsukiji Fish Market and Don Quijote store. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and even lending me an umbrella. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The bed in my single room was comfortable, and I appreciated having multiple soft pillows. the hotel provided excellent customer service and a convenient location for exploring Ginza.

As a larger group of friends, we really enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel's convenient location, just two blocks away from the main Ginza shopping street, was perfect for exploring and dining options. The concierge, who happened to be a fellow Londoner, was extremely helpful in providing recommendations and information. We also appreciated the direct drop-off and pick-up service to Narita airport, provided by the 'Airport Friendly Limosine' bus. The free upgrade to a slightly larger room was an added bonus.

The location was also very convenient, with easy access to Narita airport via the Limousine Bus, and within walking distance to all the attractions in Ginza. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any questions or concerns.

One of the best locations in the city, near major attractions and easily accessible by subway and rail. Loved being able to walk to popular tourist destinations and shopping hubs.

Rooms are too small for three people, not much space to move around with an additional bed. the housekeeping staff is not available after 4 pm and the Do not disturb button is placed in an inconvenient location, causing the room to not get made up if accidentally touched.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in Tokyo and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was absolutely perfect, right in the center of Ginza. It was so convenient to explore the city, with easy access to the subway and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The service here was top-notch, with the staff welcoming me in a friendly manner. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed, from room service to wedding services. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I could possibly need, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus.
