Location was top-notch, just a hop to Tokyo Station. The staff were so friendly, went out of their way to help us out! Brekkie was lekker with loads to choose from—seriously, my chommie couldn't stop raving about the spread. Defs a solid place for a quick stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard By Marriott Tokyo Station! The location is superb, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, making it super convenient for our travels. The Editors Twin Room was pleasantly spacious for a central Tokyo hotel. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and even a personalized gift at check-in. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options, and the hotel’s cleanliness was a plus. Highly recommend it!

Rooms were a bit small by American standards.

The room was smaller than my last handbag, and I left wishing I had a magical closet for my things! Who knew cozy could feel a bit like a game of Tetris?

Rooms are on the smaller side and could really benefit from better storage options!!! The layout felt a bit awkward and sparse, especially for longer stays!!! Some added touches could enhance the overall experience!!!

Amazing service during a storm!

We stayed here during a typhoon, and the staff were super helpful. JJ, at the front desk, really saved us by helping us avoid cancellation fees for our Kyoto hotel! The room was cozy and clean, but could've used more storage space. Loved the cafe downstairs for quick bites, but the market next door was a letdown for snacks.

It is a conveniently located hotel with direct access to subway services and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, and breakfast choices are abundant and satisfying.
