The staff was extremely efficient, well-mannered, and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located above Kyobashi Station, a five-minute walk from Tokyo Station. Convenience stores were just a block or two away. The location was perfect for us as guests with disabilities, and it was easy to navigate with our big suitcases. There were plenty of restaurant options nearby, as well as shopping and dining choices at Tokyo Station & Daimaru mall. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Japanese and Western options.

I recently stayed at Courtyard and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Kyobashi Metro Station and within walking distance of Tokyo Station. Despite the small size of the guest room, it was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. One pleasant surprise was the heated bathroom mirror, which didn't fog up after a hot shower. Additionally, the service personnel were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location near transport hubs, the full facilities in the room, and the helpful staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Exceptional each visit

I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights during a 16-day visit to Tokyo and I must say it was truly exceptional. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and exceeded my expectations at every level. They went above and beyond by allowing me to store my extra bags in their storage facility while I was exploring other cities. On my birthday, they even surprised me with an upgrade to a wonderful room, which made my stay even more special.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, always going out of their way to assist and ensure a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of Tokyo with easy access to subway and train stations nearby. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the rooms, which were well-maintained and provided all the necessary toiletries.

One negative aspect was the difficulty in finding the hotel initially, as the directions were not clear and we ended up getting lost for a while. Additionally, the size of the rooms was quite small, even by Western standards, which made it a bit cramped for comfort.

The rooms and common areas were new, modern, clean, and functioning. The bathtub in each room with excellent water temperature and water pressure was a plus. The location was great, just a short walking distance from the main railway station, making it easy to access different parts of the city.

There was no one to help with luggage or assistance with taxis. The rooms were extremely small, even by Japanese standards, and some of the larger rooms lacked a working table.

Great location near Tokyo Station, Ginza shops, and subway. Easy access to airport and shinkansen. Good bathroom with great shower. Daily replenishment of toiletries and bottled water. Helpful amenities like iron and ironing board in the room.
