We had an amazing stay at Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. One incident that stood out to us was when we accidentally left our bag by the pool. We didn't realize until later, and when we went back, the staff had already found it and kept it safe for us. We were so grateful for their honesty and attentiveness. The facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful swimming pools and the spacious rooms. The beachfront location was stunning, and we enjoyed the breathtaking views every day.

While there were minor issues like slow service and occasional sellers on the beach, they did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at the resort were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were impressed by the level of service and confidence displayed by Christabel, Ali, Amos, Moses, Moghedi, Zena. The resort offered a range of enjoyable activities such as the Zuri dancers, pool indoor games, and trips to the islands. The location by the beach and the option to dine at the beach restaurant added to the wonderful experience. The resort also had clean facilities, including friendly security at the gate and beach.

the hotel staff, especially Supervisor Susan, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They upgraded us to an executive suite at no extra charge, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was ok. the services provided were excellent, including a night service, complimentary tea/coffee, and daily replenishment of water. the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. the beachfront location was stunning, and the hotel itself was well-maintained. We had a wonderful time here.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed with the cleanliness and modernity of the facilities. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my stay. The location of the hotel, close to the Ukunda airstrip, made transportation to and from the hotel convenient. Additionally, the complimentary cocktail events held every Friday were a fantastic way to socialize and unwind.

The breakfast and dinner were superb, and we loved the access to the beach. the swimming pool was spacious and clean, and the gymnasium with its fantastic instructor was a highlight. We even received a surprise cake for our anniversary, which was a great touch. the evening show with the dancers was simply amazing. There was also plenty of entertainment throughout the day, including water aerobics and dance shows. We enjoyed the buffet with its wide variety of choices. the property was also frequented by monkeys, which added to the charm, although we learned the hard way not to leave the patio doors open after our snacks went missing! the facilities and location were beautiful, and most of the staff were helpful.

I recently stayed in a beachfront hotel in the Ukunda-Diani area and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach, with stunning views of the ocean and the palm trees swaying in the breeze. The room was comfortable and clean, and I even had a sea view with regular visits from playful monkeys. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The breakfast had a good variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The high prices of the meals in the hotel's restaurants, which were a bit overpriced.

For the price we paid, we got great value and our room had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff treated us like royalty.

the sauna in the Spa & wellness centre was not working properly.

We were impressed with the stunning location and the variety of activities available. Although the tap water wasn't great, the staff were quick to provide bottled water. The friendly staff promptly fixed the broken electric kettle in our room. we had a delightful stay at Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa.

The swimming pools at the resort provide a breathtaking view of the beach, so you can pretend you're on Baywatch. Guests can enjoy a jacuzzi experience like never before because who doesn't want to be in a hot tub with strangers? The rooms incorporate local African decor and outdoor views, because who needs privacy? Indulge in a laid-back atmosphere at Waves Pool Bar, where cool drinks and refreshing dips will make you forget about your impending sunburn. The resort has partnered with a conservation organization to protect monkeys because it's always fun to have wildlife invade your personal space.

Renovate the whole bathroom, said no one ever.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront resort. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was super nice and helpful. the beach was beautiful and protected from beach boys, so we could relax without any annoyance. the resort also had a spa, perfect for rainy days, and there was even a "no children" pool. It was truly an amazing and relaxing experience.
