During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience with a hotel that had friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. I really enjoyed the individually controlled AC, which kept my room cool throughout my stay. The restaurant surprised me with a variety of cuisine, including American food, and the service there was great. The best part of my stay was the proximity to various shops and food places. I could easily walk to these places without any hassle.

The hotel had a small refrigerator in the room but lacked any coffee or tea-making facilities. I wish they had provided some amenities for making coffee or tea.
