I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at D-Wave Shinjuku. The room was spacious and clean, with a jacuzzi bath that was perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient for exploring Tokyo's nightlife. The hotel also had great amenities like a sauna and massage chair. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for Xmas and had a great time. The bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with a large flat screen TV with free Netflix and complementary tea, coffee, and water which was great. , the location was fantastic, very convenient to go to nearby places. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even better.

The only issue we found was that there were no good facilities for calling taxis early in the morning. However, this was not a big deal as we managed to get an Uber eventually.
