The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice hot water supply. The breakfast at the attached restaurant offers good value for money, with a buffet-style option.

The view from some rooms facing the street entrance may not be appealing, as they overlook the neighboring building and lack natural light.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station and within walking distance to eating and shopping areas. the staff were also friendly and accommodating to my requests. Plus, the room was spacious and tidy, which made my stay comfortable.

One of the cons of staying here was the outdated decor of the room, but it was still clean and functional. Another downside was the smell of smoke in the room, even though I had requested a non-smoking room.

The hotel staff at Daiwa Roynet Hotel were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived before check-in, but they allowed us to drop off our bags so we could explore the city. They even provided coffee packets and hair supplies in case we needed anything extra.
