Just stayed at a cozy hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. LOVED the large room with sofa. Would choose it again. Even better in person! .

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of their family. They were attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. the room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely waterfall style shower head that was a nice touch. the location was convenient with a Vegan restaurant nearby and a service station next door for quick essentials.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the distance between the parking area and the rooms, especially with heavy luggage. It would be great if there were more convenient options available for transporting luggage to the upper levels.

We had a blast with my crew checking out the Entertainment center and hitting up the stadium for a game - total vibe! the location was epic with everything in walking distance, making it super easy to explore. With free Netflix and WIFI, we were sorted for fun and chill nights in, and the blackout curtains were a game-changer!

Wish they had a rooftop hangout spot with a DJ or live music to complete the whole experience for us party animals!

The kids absolutely loved the play area and the pool, keeping them entertained for hours. the staff were so kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly meal options at the on-site restaurant.

I had a comfortable stay at Citigate Motel, with a spacious and clean room equipped with fast Internet and a big screen TV. the staff, including Rury and her cousin, were friendly and accommodating for after-hours check-in. the motel's proximity to the bus stop and convenience stores made it an ideal location for exploring the area.

Who needs allocated parking spots? I loved the thrill of parking roulette every night.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those attending events at the Entertainment Centre, as it is close by. Additionally, it is conveniently located near amenities and the Newcastle area. The rooms are spacious and modern, with clean and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is enjoyable, providing an opportunity to chat with other guests. Furthermore, the hotel offers plenty of parking, making it easily accessible for guests.

One drawback is that the hotel does not provide an alternative sweetener to sugar, which may be disappointing for those with dietary restrictions.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a prime location near the event we were attending. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the impeccable service provided by the staff. The basic amenities in the room, like the great shower, were all in working order, and the cleanliness was top-notch.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway! the room was immaculately clean, and we loved having cutleries and basic utensils available. the air-conditioning was perfect for the summer heat, and the staff were incredibly friendly, offering excellent recommendations for local tourist attractions. the location was brilliant, with everything we needed within easy reach. We also enjoyed the free continental breakfast, which was a nice touch!

We did experience some issues with the wifi, which was a bit weak and unreliable. though, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

There were numerous restaurants and takeaway options nearby, making it convenient to enjoy a comfortable dinner. The limited Foxtel programs were enough for our requirements. The availability of underground parking, although limited, ensured a hassle-free experience. I enjoyed my stay at Citigate Motel and would recommend it to others.
