Location was close to a mall and convenience store. The lobby had a smoking room.

Dirty and musty smelling room with some stains on the carpet. The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving issues with our room.

Close to train station, supermarket, and shopping mall within 5 mins walk. Airport limousine bus to Kansai airport available in the area within 7 mins walk. Convenient to move around the city. Room had gadgets like foot massager. Plenty of room for 2 and luggage. Clean and modern hotel. Lots of shops and eating places nearby. Direct transport to Kobe within walking distance.

The hotel is in a convenient location, within a 5-minute walk from the subway station and right next to the famous kuroman market. It's also near most tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the bathroom. The hotel staff, although their English is limited, are friendly and helpful, providing tips and assistance during our stay.

The elevators in the hotel are slow-moving, causing some inconvenience during peak times.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Kintetsu train station, making it easy to explore Nara and Nagoya. There is also a 24-hour supermarket and a drug store nearby. The hotel provides excellent Wi-Fi throughout. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality rooms and convenient location.
