The hotel is surrounded by lovely gardens, providing a great atmosphere for enjoying breakfast. Plus, being located right next to the beach was a huge bonus. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from room service to car hire, they had everything covered. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. Additionally, the amenities in the room were great, from the mini-bar to the balcony, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

We spent our Christmas holidays in this cozy hotel and had a wonderful time. The interior decoration had a classic touch, making it feel homely. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the perfect location - just a one-minute walk to the beach and easy access to the city center. The breakfast was served in a lovely garden area and offered a good selection of food.

We were a bit disappointed by the sound of aircraft taking off from the nearby airport, which was a bit noisy. our room was a bit small and darker than we expected.

You can explore the area and enjoy the beautiful views while cruising on a rental bike. The hotel is situated in a real Spanish area, surrounded by local seafood restaurants where you can indulge in the best dishes. The rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms, and the service provided by the friendly staff is exceptional. The breakfast is superb, offering a variety of delicious options to start your day. Plus, you can enjoy a breathtaking view from your room, overlooking palm trees and the sparkling sea.

Although the hotel has many positive aspects, it would benefit from some modernization in certain areas.

We had an amazing time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, nestled in a quiet residential area and just steps away from the beach, was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's lovely gardens provided a picturesque setting for enjoying breakfast in the morning. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace where we could unwind and soak in the surroundings.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location right across the street from the beach was perfect, and the view from our room was incredible. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and supportive, providing us with helpful suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try. The hotel also had a desktop with a printer that guests could use for free, as well as newspapers and magazines in several languages near comfortable sofas in the piano room. The breakfast was outstanding, with the added bonus of listening to jazz music while enjoying the view and the tranquility.

The piano bar was the perfect place to pretend I have taste and enjoy an overpriced drink. The hotel's design and colors provided a great escape for me to wonder why I even bothered coming here. Breakfast options were nice, but I still prefer my daily croissant and champagne.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charm and tranquility of this hotel. The beautiful 1920's building exudes a sense of calm the moment you step inside. The staff, always with a smile on their faces, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While there was a slight noise from aircraft, it didn't disturb our sleep. The beds were comfortable, and the stocked mini bar was a convenient touch. We especially loved our room on the second floor, with its domed ceiling and windows on three sides, offering a fabulous view of the surrounding area. The hotel lounge was a true gem, providing a quiet and relaxing space to unwind. Despite the hotel being full, it felt like we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The beach, just outside the hotel walls, was a wonderful addition to our stay. Although there were a few restaurants within walking distance, we found the upmarket area to be slightly pricey. However, a 20-minute bus ride or a short taxi ride to Palma provided more dining options.
