We had a fantastic stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Tsukuba. The location was incredibly convenient, with the train station and shopping mall just steps away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the English-speaking front desk staff, who were very helpful. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

Surrounding the hotel, guests can find a plethora of shopping malls offering a wide range of high-quality products. Moreover, the hotel is just a short walk to the bus terminal, making it easy to explore the city's attractions for a mere $25.

The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently situated near the central train and bus station, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area had plenty of enjoyable dining and shopping options, and the hotel staff was helpful with answering my questions and recommending local transportation options. the room was spacious and clean, providing me with a comfortable stay.

The temperature in the room was set too high, making it quite uncomfortable at times. Even with the heating off, it was still warm, and I struggled to get a restful sleep.
