We had a wonderful stay at the Trans Luxury Hotel with our family. The staff granted all of our requests and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The kids especially loved the pool and the game organized by the staff. The hotel's location was also strategic, making it easy for us to explore the area. The facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top notch. we highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Great location next to a mall and the Trans Studio, perfect for a city trip. the hotel facilities were excellent, especially the kids corner, playground, and pool with white sand. the fitness center was clean and well-equipped. the food at both the hotel and mall was delicious and varied.

The buffet dinner at the restaurant was a disappointment. the staff was not accommodating and the food was tasteless, with some hygiene concerns.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was great, with spacious rooms and a pillow menu that allowed me to choose the perfect pillow. The location was ideal for a family trip, with an amazing pool that had a mini slide for kids and a beautiful view of Bandung from the 18th floor. The staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel welcome. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

The location of the hotel is great, with a supermarket nearby and being in an entertainment complex. This was convenient for us as we needed to stock up on some essentials and also wanted to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel is just a short drive away from the airport, which was perfect for us as we had an early morning flight to Bali. Furthermore, the hotel is located near Trans Studio Mall, providing us with plenty of shopping and dining options.

The hotel lacked a 24-hour swimming pool.
