Great location, within walking distance of subway lines and a good supermarket nearby. the rooms were clean and a good size. the staff were friendly and helpful, some of them fluent in English. the complementary drip coffee packages at check-in were a nice touch.

The shower hose and head in the bathroom were of cheap quality and non-adjustable. There was some noise from a nearby park during the Hanami season, but it was bearable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was a good size, clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond when we asked for a large number of coathangers while we caught up on washing. The hotel had great facilities, including a coin laundry that was very handy and reasonably priced. The location was also convenient, with the train station being an easy 8-10 minute walk away. We had the choice of multiple train lines, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is also situated in a neighborhood with plenty of trendy Italian restaurants, making dining options plentiful. we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The room at Daiwa Roynet Hotel was surprisingly spacious, giving us plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. The modern decor added a nice touch, and we were impressed with the cleanliness. Although breakfast came at an extra cost, we found plenty of delicious options at the nearby restaurants and mini markets, particularly the tasty onigiri and sushi rolls from Family Mart.

Had a great Xmas here! the facilities were just right, and the staff were very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Loved the coin laundry and the breakfast spread! Plus, the hotel was located in a key area, which provided easy access to shopping districts and night life hotspots. the nearby subway station made travelling around a breeze.

The location could have been better, as we had to walk a bit to get to restaurants and other food options. It would have been nice to have more food choices around the hotel, especially since it was Xmas time and many places were closed.
